I am an Engineer by profession, but a Nutritionist and Fitness Coach by passion.
Since 2016, I have been deeply immersed in the world of digital health and wellness, establishing successful online fitness platforms. My journey and the transformations I’ve helped create are open books to my social community. I am incredibly passionate about sharing everything I have learned about nutrition, sustainable fat loss, strength training, and building a healthy lifestyle with my readers and every fitness enthusiast.
